Float Cashier / Pharmacy Sales Associate
Supports 3 Locations: Black Oak Pharmacy, Black Oak Home Medical & Shady Cove Pharmacy
Part-Time Float Position | Weekdays (primarily) | $17-20/hour DOE
Black Oak Pharmacy is hiring a Part-Time Float Cashier / Pharmacy Sales Associate to support our team across all three pharmacy locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys variety in their workday.
Because this position floats between locations, we’re looking for someone with reliable transportation who can travel between stores as needed. Two of our locations are approximately 24 miles apart, and on occasion, this may require working at two locations in the same day.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Answer phones and assist with basic customer questions
- Help customers find OTC products and front-end items
- Restock shelves and maintain attractive store displays
- Keep checkout, lobby, and retail areas clean and organized
- Support pharmacy staff with general daily tasks as assigned
- Float between Black Oak Home Medical locations based on staffing needs
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive, customer-first attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Basic computer/typing skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work at multiple locations
- Flexible schedule and willingness to fill in at different stores (as needed)
- Prior retail/customer service experience preferred but not required (we’re happy to train!)
